Risk Program Manager - Human Resources

Topeka, KS

The City of Topeka is seeking qualified applicants for the Risk Program Manager. This position administers and coordinates the City’s Risk programs including worker’s compensation, safety, vehicle, property and general liability insurance and is the primary liaison between the City and the Work Comp Third Party Administrator.

Minimum qualifications: Graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management., Public Administration, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a closely related field and three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management with risk and safety programs, supervisory experience preferred. Certificate of Risk Management CRM) and/or Safety and Associate Risk Manager (ARM) preferred. Must possess and maintain a valid Kansas driver’s license and city insurable driving record.

Annual entry salary: $69,913 - $78,652, DOQ plus a Comprehensive benefits package.
